  • Third: The natural or moral person, national or foreign, other than the owner or the person responsible for the data.
  • Owner: The natural person or who corresponds the personal data.
  • Treatment: The obtaining, use, disclosure or storage of personal data by any means. The use includes any action of access, management, use, transfer or disposition of personal data.
  • Transfer: All data communication made to a person other than the person responsible or in charge of the treatment.
